They pledge today to help open a practical way, by participating in the renovation of space. A partnership you like them: in return, The Hive is committed to helping them achieve a number of objectives by joint actions. As many of you know, The Hive s'appprête also to sign the lease, probably in the course of next week, the time is now reduced to exchanges between lawyers and notaries. Between validation of the security of Neuf Cegetel and the establishment of the deed of purchase by owners, which will lift the condition precedent of the lease, everything should be completed as scheduled around mid-February. Then begin renovations to allow installation of the first entrepreneurs, scheduled around mid-April. The rest of the opening will run until September.
