This is what our little heads have suggested, and here are the basic points for the premises that we seek.

SOME CRITERIA FOR THE AREA OF THE BEEHIVE

• Surface : 600 à 1000 m2, plateau ou étages mitoyens, lumineux.
• Localisation : Paris intra-muros ; préférence pour le centre-est et l’est parisien. Impératif : assez central et bien desservi par les transports en commun.
• Type de bâtiment : qui puisse accomoder des open spaces ; potentiel de cachet (atelier, structure apparente, ancien entrepôt etc.)
• Etat : Des travaux de rafraîchissement avec méthodes écologiques sont prévues.
• Usage et accessibilité : affectation d’usage bureau et si possible classement ERP5. Accès Disabled appreciated.
• Availability: immediately, no later than early 2008.
• Price: up to 250 € HT HC/m2/an
