Sadjedeh Kianoush Rad, daughter of Dr. Kianoush Rad member of the Central Council of the Participation Front of Iran, was originally arrested in October 2009 while attending a religious ceremony in honor of prisoners with his parents.
Arrest
She was arrested at his home with her husband Behrouz Shahrokhnia November 28, 2010. Security officers have transferred to solitary confinement at Evin after the attack on his home and confiscated his personal belongings. We have not heard of her before December 4, 2010, his family could not visit him and the authorities of Evin prison announced that she was banned from visiting. January 7, 2011, during a short telephone conversation with her family, she spoke of the pressures during interrogation. There was no justification for his arrest and it is unclear what she is accused.
On 21 January 2011, after two months Sadjedeh Kianoush Rad was finally allowed to meet his family. During a short visit, she informed her family she had been transferred to the general section of Evin.
